6.After I place the order, what should I be expecting? After you place the order, we'll check the stock availability and let you know the detail.
7.When should I make the payment? Can I put some deposit in advance? We always suggest our customers to make payment as soon as possible because most items go very fast. Yes, you can pur some deposit in advance to speed up the order.
8.What is the advantage to put deposit in advance? Most of our long-term customers put deposit with us even have enough payment for next order. Because they have deposit with us, we'll hold available items for them as soon as they place the order.If all items are available,we'll send the package out right away. It saves time to wait for the payment clears, it helps to get the items wanted,also it saves time to email back and forth.
9.After I place the order, will you hold the available items for me? Sorry, we are not able to hold the items before payment received.
10 .After I made the payment, will I get everything as I ordered? It depends. We hold items for customers as soon as the payment received. If there are some items that sold out when payment received, we'll inform you immediately to get some exchange or keep the difference towards your next order.
11. If the photo is still on your website,does it mean that all sizes and colors are still available? No,it might only have certain colors and sizes left.We'll check for you after we receive your order.
12. Why I haven't got your reply? It's been 8 hours since I place the order. There is always time difference, it might delay our reply. But we guarantee your mail will be replied within 24hours. If you haven't heard from us, please resend the mail in case it lost during the delivery.
13. Do you use MSN or Yahoo Messenger? Yes,we use messenger. But we are very busy with processing orders, there is not much time to hang on the messenger.Any questions,please send mail to us.
14.When will you send my package after you received my payment? The majority of our orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days after receiving the payment.
15.What is the return policy? All sales are final. we cannot offer the same services as boutiques that sell clothing at full retail price. Please be sure to email all your questions to us prior to shopping, as this will help us resolve any confusion ahead of time.
If we sent you wrong items or there are defect, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your package so that we can correct our mistake as soon as possible. The item must be in its original condition in order to claim a refund. Please send us an email before you send back your package; we will give you the return and refund guidelines if your request is reasonable.

16. What if the package was caught by custom or was lost during the delievery? In fact 99% of the packages arrive to our clients fast and safe. If the package was caught by local custom here ,we will try to get it out and send again. If the package arrives in your country and was caught,we are afraid to say that that is not what we can control .You may need to pay some tax to get it out. If the package was lost or damaged during the delievery,sorry we cant take responsiblity of that but we will try to help you to get the refund from the the shipping company .
17.Are your items authentic? Thoese marked (AUT) in our photo album is authentic and come from the orginal factories.Others are high quanlity image items.
18.Do your items have paper? No,don't have paper work.
19.Do you take order other than the products you carry? Yes, we do take order if the quanitity is 50pcs a style or more.Please send us a sample or details .
20.Shall I have my own label? Yes,we can take orders for your own style and add your own label.
